M And M Video Games are now taking in repairs nationwide!

              Overview

We here at M and M Video Games have been doing repairs locally for years on end. We spoke as a team and now want to expand our repairs to a nationwide scale.

We are able to repair any console/system and controller you need fixed!

                 What To Do

To submit a repair ticket, please follow these mandatory steps:

1. Create an account with M and M Video Games
2. Go to your account and select "My tickets"
3. In the "title" box, write the general item in need of repair. I.e. "PlayStation 4 Pro"
4. In the body, please input all the mandatory info below:
   
   1. Color
   2. Size (I.e. "Slim", "Fat Model", etc.)
   3. Storage Size of Item (If applicable)
   4. Serial Number of Item
   5. Description (Issue): Please, in as much detail as possible, describe what issues you are having with your item                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
5. Sign the repair agreement (See Final Notice)
6. Submit your ticket!

               Shipping

We are unable to cover shipping costs.

Important note: When shipping, all we need is the console or controller itself. No additional cords or accessories needed. JUST THE REPAIR ITEM ITSELF.

Final Notice

When submitting your ticket, you are agreeing to the repair/work order agreement:

"I hereby authorize the repair work hereinafter set forth to be done along with the necessary material and agree that you are not responsible for loss or damage to item beyond your control or for any delays caused by unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments by supplier or transporter. I hereby grant you and/or your employees permission to work on my item. An express technician's lien is hereby acknowledged on above item to secure the amount of the repair thereto,"

At the very bottom of the body, please type "I agree" if you want your item repaired.
